By downloading and using TrekT ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
By using the App, you also agree to be bound by Google's Terms of Service, as TrekT uses Google Maps Platform APIs.
TrekT is a travel tracking and budget management application for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

TrekT offers a free tier and an Explorer subscription (£14.99/year). In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
A 7-day free trial is available for new Explorer subscribers. No charge is made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription fee will be charged.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TrekT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
Any content you add to the App (including country notes, trip information, and photos) is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store this content on our servers. You are solely responsible for the content you add to the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Currency exchange rates displayed in the App are approximate and for guidance only. Always check with your bank or a financial institution before making currency conversions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrekT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
TrekT uses Google Maps Platform APIs. Your use of Google Maps through the App is subject to Google's Terms of Service at https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/ and Google's Privacy Policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
